Welcome to ClassFlow. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ClassFlow platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ClassFlow Inc. ("ClassFlow", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. 3.1 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ClassFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes (if you are a Studio) or personal use (if you are an End User).

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
  • Interfere with security-related features of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or dismantle any aspect of the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Fees

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.2 Price Changes

ClassFlow reserves the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

5. User Content

"User Content" refers to any text, graphics, images, or other materials you upload or post to the Service. You retain ownership of any User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant ClassFlow a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and reproduce such Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClassFlow Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Stripe) that are not owned or controlled by ClassFlow. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClassFlow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
