  • Studio Owners and Administrators: Individuals who register for an account to manage a Studio.
  • End Users: Clients, members, and instructors of the Studios who interact with the ClassFlow platform.
  • Visitors: Individuals who visit our websites without logging in.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business details.
  • Billing Information: We collect payment information through our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Studio Data: Information you input into the Service regarding your classes, schedules, memberships, and products.
  • End User Data: Information about your studio's clients, including their names, contact details, booking history, and attendance records.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Log Data: We automatically record information about your interaction with the Service, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access ClassFlow, including hardware model and operating system.
  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Service Provision: To provide, operate, and maintain the ClassFlow platform.

When ClassFlow processes data on behalf of a Studio (e.g., member bookings), we act as a Data Processor. The Studio is the Data Controller. We process this data strictly in accordance with the Studio's instructions and the terms of our agreement with them. Studios are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from their End Users.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We engage third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (AWS/Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and email delivery. These providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
  • Business Transfers: If ClassFlow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
