- Studio Owners and Administrators: Individuals who register for an account to manage a Studio.
- End Users: Clients, members, and instructors of the Studios who interact with the ClassFlow platform.
- Visitors: Individuals who visit our websites without logging in.
2. Information We Collect

- Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business details.
- Billing Information: We collect payment information through our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

When ClassFlow processes data on behalf of a Studio (e.g., member bookings), we act as a Data Processor. The Studio is the Data Controller. We process this data strictly in accordance with the Studio's instructions and the terms of our agreement with them. Studios are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from their End Users.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We engage third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (AWS/Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and email delivery. These providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
- Business Transfers: If ClassFlow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
